Updater timeout?

I've got a couple of users who are experiencing a problem with updater.exe timing out before the file is returned. One of the users sent this email:

--------------------------

The update page displays that an update is available and shows the URL for the update. However, when I click Next to download the update, it times out. Clicking Back and Next again does not cause it to retry. Once it has timed out I have no choice but to exit and relaunch the updater
utility.

Can you increase the timeout period? Our corporate firewall has a
mechanism that scans all incoming files for viruses before my web browser (or application) can have access to it. Effectively causing it to be
downloaded twice.

--------------------------

Is there a workaround for this?

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Does this timeout occur for the connection to the URL or for the download of the update? Also, are you using the latest version of Advanced Installer? (the 6.1 version includes an improvement for the Updater timeout)
