Prerequisites losing command line arguments in 20.9 - 21.0

Hey,

Every since upgrading to 20.9 or newer, I have noticed that if you click between Prerequisite packages some command line arguments will get replaced with the previously selected Prerequisite. I have noticed this mostly with the .Net Framework Prerequisites.

1. Set the command line for .Net Framework 4.8 Prerequisite.

2. Select a different Prerequisite.

3. When selecting the .Net Framework 4.8 Prerequisite again, it will now have the command line arguments for the previously selected Prerequisite.

Thanks,
