Advanced Installer keeps reverting to trial mode

Hello,

I'm running the most recent version of AI, Version 21.0.1 (2178626C). I have an Enterprise license that runs through December, 2024. After the most recent update, every time I start AI, it reverts to trial mode. I restarted the machine and reinstalled AI but the problem persists.

Please help me resolve this. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to our forums,

Can you please have a look at the following thread where a solution to this is outlined: Random issue with AI 20.9.1 License on Jenkins server

You will need to logout in Advanced Installer and then register the application again.
