Prerequisites do not get installed

Hi,
I have a strange problem:

If I add prerequisites to be installed "During main package" everything works fine. If I change it "Before main packages" it does not get installed (even the prerequisites dialog is not shown)

The problem seems to exist only with current versions of advanced installer. It worked with older versions (like before 19.5 or something)

Also, please let us know what prerequisites in your project have this issue.
