Can I convert an existing project to use msi embedded ui?

Hi,
Can I convert my existing MSI project to use the new feature introduced in release 21 to use msi embedded ui?
I'd like to give it a modern look.

When I chnage the them to "MSI Embedded UI", all the other field are grayed out and I see a tooltip:
"The current build is not supported by this version so that all controls have been disabled!"

I'm not sure why this happens.

I managed to select "MSI embedded ui" however there is not visible difference in the created installer.
How can I turn the buttons to use Modern UI look?
