One of my application user encountered an error while trying installing my application.

From the partial log, does it mean the setup failed when it try to install prerequisite (MS .Net Framework 4.5.2)? This prerequisite was added as a Pre-install in the Aip file.
The user computer is running Windows 10 and according to him, it's connected to company domain.
Note: This is the first time I encountered this issue from thousands of installation.
