Changing installation path on major upgrade

Hi,

our current installer is using [ProgramFilesFolder][Manufacturer]\[ProductName] as installation path.
For the next version, we plan to change our Manufacturer name, so the installation path will be affected. What settings do we have to change in order to make the installer upgrade to use the new installation path?

Our current settings in the Upgrade tab are as follows:

Application Versions:

• Allow side by side installs of different product versions

• Customize Advanced Installer upgrade rules: not checked

Order:

• Uninstall old version first and then install new version.

Hello Tony,

By default, the previous installation's directory is saved and reused upon upgrade.

However, you can disable it in the "Upgrades" page:
