Error while creating patch

When I tried to create a patch using advanced installer it shows an error that is "MsiMsp.exe failed to create patch file". I used advanced installer 20.2.1 version
The error I mentioned below .Can you please check it?

I posted an issue while creating a patch a day before. Can you please give me a solution for that error I explained above .It was quite urgent for me .
