How to remove value only?

Hi admin,
In the registry, the key is already available (main application)
after installation I wrote in the value to this key (DWORD)
After uninstalling the program, how do I delete only this value?
I see an option to delete the registry key: [delete (if present) at uninstall]
but clearly it's not what I need.
