Uninstall Stuck on Searching Related Applications

Hello!

I have an specific issue in a custumer where he cant uninstall, because it keep on getting Stuck on this screen "https://ibb.co/LJLSbNt" - Searching for Related Applications. We have no idea why this happening and we have no logs.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Hello Diego,

That message makes me thing that the FindRelatedProducts Standard Action is hanging.

older or newer versions of the package are searched. If an older version is found, its Product Code is placed in the "OLDPRODUCTS" property

What I would advise here would be using a tool such as the following offered by Microsoft:

Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed
