how to localize values in the registry?

I want to add a registry value, that's problem.
But in the field 'Data' in the context menu the item 'Localization' is disabled.
So how can I define a localized registry value (string)?

Hi Chris,

The localization menu is disabled when creating the registry value because you can cancel the entry creation. However, after the value is created you can double-click it or use its "Properties" context menu to configure the localization.
