Hi Support Team

Is it advanced updater working successfully while launching with application only not with system service?


we have observed following cases

- a machine with IE6 and launching process is an application then updater working successfully
- a machine with IE6 and launching process is a system service then updater working successfully
- a machine with IE7 and launching process is an application then updater working successfully
- a machine with IE7 and launching process is a system service then updater working failed

our case is Final case

please any one help me, how to fix that case

The updater was not designed to be launched from a system service. I have added this on our list of improvements. I'm afraid that there is no workaround for this.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an ETA for now. Our developers are currently working on other features, but hopefully they will start to work on this soon.
