Cannot edit generated INI file in GUI

I'm building an installer for a Java application. Advanced Installer generates an INI file and exe file automatically based on settings I select within it's GUI. I can see these listed in "Files and Folders" under "Application Data"

Application Data -> Java Test Client.exe
Application Data -> Java Test Client.ini

Now when I select "Properties" for "Java Test Client.ini" and open the INI editor dialog I am unable to add any additional key/value pairs because all choices in the context menus in the dialog such as "Add" or "Edit" are greyed out and disabled. How can I add custom key/value pairs to this file or what am I missing?
