I'm trying to understand the correct working of the Update section.
When we create a new build of our installer we do not keep old versions of the software on the server. Because of this is it still required to add different sections to the Update config file? We just want the updater to use the currently available file for the update.

Hi,
It should work creating a new update configuration project that contains only one updates section in it too, as it should behave as a first update. Just make sure you are always using the same updates URL so no matter what version your user has installed it can see the latest one available on your web server.
