it works with click on desktop icon, but not after launch

Could you give me please some examples, about what was not for understood.
If I write about that desktop icon and that it has properties like target path.. I don't think that this is, what you has not understood.

I don't think that I can put it in a better form, as it has get.
But maybe there is someone who is using that professional version and could tell me if it works with using 'CommonApplicationData' , even with an application wich works with 'asInvoker' instead of 'requireAdministrator'

These is my 'target' path inside of my desctop icon: "C:\ProgramData\Mytest.exe"

seems so that there is no more to do. After that update to 9.8 it works fine.
