Crystal Reports VB6

I have built an installer and included the 3 crystal reports merge modules. But when I run my application it returns a 423 Error Active X could not be created. What have I done wrong? I have tried everything I know. Any help????

I'm not sure why you are encountering this behavior. Can you give us more details about your scenario (maybe exemplify)?
