Showing a dialog in the repair mode

I have added a dialog which needs to appear in the repair mode. This works fine, if I click on the setup(and click on the repair which is just below the modify button).

Same does not work when I try to repair from the Add/Remove programs(e.g. Add/remove Programs->click on the product->Click on "click here for support information" ->Click on "Repair" button)

any help is appreciated.

The Repair triggered as you said is running with a basic UI, so you cannot display any custom dialogs if it is triggered this way. Have you tried the option "Disable Repair" from Product Details page? This should force the user to always use "Change" option to trigger a repair, i.e. run the package with full UI.
