How can I get this information with the download?

Is there a ready-made Dialog?

Hello,

Please keep in mind that the related dialog will be included in an EXE bootstrapper installation package when a pre-install prerequisite package, which is placed online and accessed through an URL, is added to your project. Also, it will appear only if the related prerequisite package need to be downloaded and installed.
