File overwrite behavior

Just a quick question for future reference, how does the overwrite option on the file (file operations) and the overwrite option for the component (organization page) interact? Does one override the other or how do they affect each other?

The overwrite behavior from the File Operations Tab does not affect the component overwrite behaviour.
