Thank you for your sent log and .AIP.
It seems that the attached log is not generated by the .AIP you have sent me. Indeed, after having a look on the log that you have sent me, it seems that the log is created during an upgrade and that what fails is the removal process of the old product.
In order for us to further investigate, can you please send us by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com the .AIP that contains the following:
-ProductCode = {d73aba00-3956-4440-a3c6-2362df073449}
-UpgradeCode = {24eeae6c-7816-4c5b-823c-6c75637fd32f}
-ProductVersion = 31.25.5.179
The .AIP with the earlier ProductCode, UpgradeCode and ProductVersion is the .AIP that generated the log file that you have sent me.
