Secure repair preventing install ?

I just started to get a "Secure Repair failed" error in my setup.

I have attached the install log.

Please let me know what you need to help me fix this.

Unfortunately, I can not say for sure why this happens.

Please forward me the following resources, by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com:

- the older version of the .AIP file

- the newer version of the .AIP file

- a download link for the older version of the setup

- a download link for the newer version of the setup

- a test case which I can follow in order to reproduce this behavior

Hello Mike,

I apologize for the delayed reply, but we were quite busy lately.

I have got your e-mail, yes. Took me some time to get the downloading going on as you did not mention what company I should be using in the "Company" field (got it working in the end through trial and error).

I am now working on installing the Manager application on my Windows Server 2016 VM, as I am struggling with starting the service (it tells me that I do not have sufficient privileges to start windows services, even if I am logged on as the default Administrator account). This will probably take some time to get it working as I am not very familiar with Windows Server.

I will let you know once I am done testing this.

I am sorry about the company... it's one of those things that I use every day, and made the assumption that everybody knows about it - again sorry.

Please have a look on the following thread as I believe this might be related with this problem as well:

If that is of no help, please forward me the old and new versions of the .AIP files (4.3.30 and 4.3.31) by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com.
