As I am not familiar with that software, I can not say for sure if this will work.
From what I could read in their documentation, it states that:
Now it also depends on which type of "Serial Validation" you are intending to use. For instance, if you intend to use the "User defined validation", then the .DLL you write must be able to access the application and check if the license key introduced by the user is valid.
I think that the best way would be to maybe download a trial of that software (if it offers one - hopefully it does) and try to test the scenario.
