Custom actions priority in relation to Analytics being sent

I have a custom action which is setting a property that I would like sent to the analytics page.
It does not seem to be sending the calculated property, it is sending the predefined value specified in the properties section.

The custom action is a c# dll that is defined at the top of the Wizard Dialogs Stage.

Should this be running before analytics are sent off?

Problem was with me using a private variable (name had lowercase letters) instead of a public variable (defined as all caps). Problem fixed. Thanks
