Hi,
For testing purposes, I converted .EXE to .MSI using Advanced Installer (added /sAll for silent install). Used the .MSI to convert into .intunewin extension using IntuneWinAppUtil and then I deployed the App using MS Intune.
I received the next error from Intune:
"The application was not detected after the installation was completed."
When I did go to add/remove programs, it appeared there, but I am not able to find it
What did go wrong? I need it to make an Adobe Acrobat Reader software update.
Please advise.

Unfortuantely, I am no Intune expert, but after doing some research, I'm not so sure the issue lies within Advanced Installer.
For instance, in the following article, someone has used IntuneWinAppUtil to convert Notepad++ EXE to MSI and it looks like the configuration from Intune has caused this.
The application was not detected after installation completed successfully (0x87D1041C)
