Set user rights in ProgramData

Can I create a ProgramData (sub) folder and configure it so all files created there are editable by all users (and not just the user who created it)?

We need an editable config file there in a folder %PROGRAMDATA%\MyCompany\Config\ and also a %PROGRAMDATA%\MyCompany\Logs folder where a user might continue to add to an existing log file.

Have you tried creating the subfolder in Advanced Installer and then setting the permission for it (through right clicking on the folder --> "Properties" --> "Permissions" tab)?
