Need to create custom dialog with customized logo & Title on header of dialog and minimize button option. Please refer to attached image. Please help us on this design. We didn't find any themes that we can customize the header part.

Hello and welcome to our forums,

The theme that most closely matches your desired dialog is the Vivid theme. You will need to make custom changes to its design.

For example, after you change the theme to Vivid from the Themes page, you can select the Images tab and replace the image path of the AI_CF_FrameCaption and AI_CF_FrameCaptionInactive properties.

You can copy the original image from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 21.3\themes\common-res\frame\vividorange\frame_caption.bmp" and modify it as per your needs.
