Download new installer error?

Hello,

I have set the installer to check for new updates and download if new version is found. But I get this error message,

The installer gets downloaded manually. But with the installer I get this message.

I'm not sure why this happens. In order to further investigate this issue can you please send us to support at advancedinstaller dot com the following projects:

1. AIP (project file) of your old product version
2. AIP (project file) of your new product version (of the updates setup)
3. AIP (project file) of the updates configuration project
