Error occurs when downgrading two versions .

When I try to downgrade from one version to other version of an application it will results in an error .I can't complete the installation process.

Do you use our predefined support for downgrade?

Can you please send us by email to support at advancedinstaller dot com the following resources:

1. the .AIP (setup project) file for the old and the new project.
2. a download link for the old and new setup.
3. an installation log when performing the downgrade process.
