I have an exported eclipse program with an executable that launches a program called CAVE.
When I run the exported executable, my program runs and loads/renders the surface observations as SVG files just fine:

However, when I create an MSI via Advanced Installer (v21.7.1) where I'm including the exported executable, and install the program, running the executable works but the SVG's don't seem to be rendering properly (notice no wind symbol and large fonts/overwriting, etc.). It looks like the actual png of the SVG instead of applying the rendering.

I have been exporting, building, and installing the same program for over 4 years and this is the first time I've ran into the issue with the SVG's not rendering after using Advanced Installer to build the MSI. Any thoughts?
