Improvement: Warning when using a non-genuine RTF file

This particular problem caused some headache for me when I tried to add a license agreement in the License dialog. I knew from the user guide that the file had to be a rtf file. What I didn't know however was that even though my file said .rtf, it wasn't a genuine rtf file and thus didn't show up in the indicated file, even though I had done everything else correctly.
