Can't uninstall my application correctly

Hi Support,

Every time when I try to uninstall our application it always leave our application as installed in the add/remove program in Windows and if I try to run the un-installation again it will pop up a message as shown below

I then used Revo uninstaller to scan the leftovers and found there are registry entries left on the system as shown below

I found 2 keys in relates to my problem the UninstallPath and the UninstallString. As the first capture suggests this file (C:\ProgramData\Caphyon\Advanced Installer\{UUID}\ZenAnywhere-4.5.28.148.exe) is missing and therefore it can't be fully uninstalled so my question is how come this file got removed before the uninstallation ends? How do I solve this issue?

Hi Andy,

Is seems that some information about your product got corrupted somehow on that machine, maybe because of multiple tests. That is why we recommend tests to be done on virtual machines that can be easily restored to a clean state. Can you reproduce this problem on multiple clean machines?

If so, can you please send me the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the initial uninstallation to support at advancedinstaller dot com, so I can investigate them?

It did uninstall correctly on a couple of freshly reset Windows environments! We never know it has such behaviour thanks for your help again!
