How do you change the global UI?

As the subject states, I don't see anywhere to change the themes to one of the ones supplied. I'm sure I'm missing something

You can change the banner images in the Global Properties page.

You can add and remove dialogs in the Dialogs page.

Thanks, now I see it. They were below the splitter bar and I had to move it up because I'm using 800 x 600 resolution
