Installation error

Dear Advanced Installer Support Team,

One of our customers just reported a problem that one of our features cannot be installed due to an installation problem. Could you please take a look at the attached logfile? I see this in the log:
CustomAction AI_WinOptFeaturesConfig returned actual error code 1603
so probably that is the problem?

Also the customer said that:
"...server is up to date on Windows updates and has "completely unblocked internet access"."

Hello Zsolt,

I have had a look over the log file and it looks like indeed there is a feature that fails to install.

Unfortunately, why that happens, I can not really tell.

If possible, could you please check with your customer if the "Windows Update" service is up and running in the service manager (services.msc)? I have seen instances where you can not enable certain features (even manually) if that service is not running - not sure if this is the case for you as well, but I think it's worth giving it a shot.
