Dear Advanced Installer Support Team,
One of our customers just reported a problem that one of our features cannot be installed due to an installation problem. Could you please take a look at the attached logfile? I see this in the log:
CustomAction AI_WinOptFeaturesConfig returned actual error code 1603
so probably that is the problem?
Also the customer said that:
"...server is up to date on Windows updates and has "completely unblocked internet access"."
