msix - No installation done - But report as installed?

I have created a .msix installer and signed it. Trying to run this .msix installer and all looks good, but nothing is installed. Nothing in the program folder.

It seems that nothing is installed, but the installation is registered. So I cannot install again.

The MSIX troubleshooter reports no error.

1. How do I clean up so I can install again? Registry or where?
2. How do actually install my app to the program folder?
