I just bought AI Professional and created a few install packages. After running the installs and then launching the applications - Windows installer dialogs appear. After 'cancelling' out of them, my application runs.
has this happened to anyone else? Anyone got a solution?

In order to understand your problem please give us more details. What kind of packages are you creating? Do you use custom actions to launch some applications?
What type of dialogs do you see? If possible send us some screen shoots on the support adress (support at advancedinstaller dot com).
