I have 2 different installs for the same application one for each language. When the second one installs I would like not display the folder dialog so it will install the additional language files into the same dir as the original install. I would like for the applications to be installed in either order so it should be dynamic. Any help on this would be great.

I'm afraid that that Advanced Installer doesn't support this feature.
You cannot suppress an install dialog dynamically, during the install process.
You could use a custom action that will set the TARGETDIR property to the desired value. The TARGETDIR property contains the target path of the application and regardless what the user selects in that the select folder dialog the the target folder is not changed.
You can condition the execution of this custom action by a search that will determine whether the the first package was installed or not.
