Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the language name.in the English language we have American English and British English is it possible to change one of them to say only English?

In order for the the UI to be showed upon uninstalling, you can check the "Disable Remove" option from "Product Details" page --> "Add or Remove Programs (Control Panel)".
