Is it possible to run the installer for a non-admin user and per-machine?

Hi,

A non-admin user cannot install in a per machine location.

On Vista or above, all users can gain administrator privileges through elevation.

The possible installation types are:

• per user only
• per user only( with administrator rights required )
• per machine only( fails if user is not administrator )
• per machine if user is administrator, per user otherwise
