AI 21.0.1 Error Source file not found on Install

We make a Rebuild of our Project with AI 21.0.1
When we install via the Setup.exe we get following error:

Our Setting of the Build is following:

Settings.png (122.62 KiB) Viewed 5987 times

Following Files are extracted in the custom path:

ExtractetFiles.png (30.1 KiB) Viewed 5987 times

Please help us with our Problem
