I add on Prerequisite ( Adobe Flash Player), but when i setup not detected on my computer. (Flash Player is installed).

Thank you for your interest in Advanced Installer.
In order to achieve what you want you should enable "Install prerequisites based on conditions" from "Prerequisites -> Install Conditions" tab and, then add install conditions accordingly.
