Hi,
I'm new to Advanced Installer. I have build some simple installer files, but now trying to build a more complex one. I do have a Wise installer package, which does not include some language files. I would like to include these language files to the Wise installer. The Wise installer is not compiled by us.
I first tried to extract the files from the Wise installer to rebuild the installer with Advanced Installer. But i can't figure out which DLL files are being registred. I have tried many different assemblies, but keep on having an error in the installed software (VB errors).
Second option might be to include the complete Wise installer in a new package. After installing the Wise installation, some files need to be updated or replaced. However, i can't get the Wise installer to work in the Advanced Installer Package.
Does anyone have some tips how to proceed?

Thank you for your interest in Advanced Installer.
In order to achieve what you want you can use our repackage or import support. Also, if you have a WISE project you can use our "Import a WISE project" feature.
