As it would look like, Advanced Installer is somehow not licensed on your end.

I'm wondering, do you have the License Key provided in Jenkins?

In the above thread, there's a screenshot of the License Key field. Do you have your license there?

If the answer is yes, perhaps your Maintenance Plan expired? You can check this by going to the "Customer Information" page where you can input the Key and check whether the Maintenance Plan is active.

If you scroll down to the "Previous Releases" section and click on the "Please select a version..." drop-down button, you will be able to see the latest version of Advanced Installer covered by your Maintenance Plan.
