Multiple build configurations

I have web page and service, i want to be able to install web page or service depending what user want, what is best approach to do this.
I have look at this totorial https://www.advancedinstaller.com/user- ... uilds.html, but this is creating multiple exe files.
Is better to have multiple setup exe for different buids or it can be done by single exe. Any suggestions directions are welcomed

If you want to achieve this by having a single EXE setup, you can organize your resources into features and let the user choose which feature he wants to install. You can see more details in the "Organizing MSI Packages" article.
