Can only install in debug mode after upgrading

I am working on upgrading a legacy project from Advanced Installer 7.7 to 21.7.1. After doing this, I can only install my application in debug mode (AI_DEBUGLOG=1). If I specify the debug flag, the installation works as expected. If I do not, the installation immediately shuts down, and none of the custom actions in my project are executed. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

I'm afraid that considering the discrepancy between the two versions you are using, I can not really say for sure why this is happening.

If possible, could you please forward me the following resources:

- a copy of the AIP file used in 7.7

- a copy of the AIP file used in 21.7.1

- a download link for the setup (built with 21.7.1 after upgrade)

by email at support at advancedinstaller dot com so I can further investigate this?
