Advanced Installer - Referral Program Policy

The Advanced Installer Referral Program rewards individual Advanced Installer users for inviting new customers to Advanced Installer.

Reseller and Referral Program are two different programs. This Reseller Program is an affiliate type of program and refers only to Advanced Installer customers.

This page outlines the rules, eligibility criteria, and limitations of the program.

1. Program Overview

The referral program allows you to earn discounts on your Advanced Installer renewal by referring new users.

Each successful referral benefits both the referrer (you) and the referee (your friend or colleague).

2. Referrer Benefits

  • For each successful referral, you earn 10% off your next purchase.
  • The discount code is valid for 1(one) year since the issue date.
  • How it works: each time you issue a referral code, you will get a referral coupon valid only for you that cumulates the discount you can use on your next purchase (up to 30%).
  • After reaching the 30% cap, any additional referrals will start counting toward a new renewal for a new purchase.
  • You can refer to an unlimited number of users, each of them benefiting from a 10% discount per first purchase.
  • Referral discounts can be applied only to Advanced Installer products and cannot be cumulated with other discount codes or coupons (e.g. holiday discounts, distribution discounts, renewal discounts, volume discount, or other special discounts).
  • Referral discounts cannot be applied to Installer Analytics nor PacKit. products.

Example of Discount Cumulation for the referrer

  • 1 referral = 10% off your next purchase
  • 2 referrals = 20% off your next purchase
  • 3 referrals = 30% off your new purchase
  • 7 referrals = usable in batches of maximum 30%

- 3 referrals = 30% off (First purchase)

- Next 3 = 30% off (Next purchase, any time after previous purchase)

- Remaining 1 = 10% off (Next purchase, any time after previous purchase)

You may use the discounts any time after receiving it. Once you redeem your discount, it becomes inactive, the percent will not be cumulated to the next redeemable coupon.

3. Referee Benefits

  • The referee (new customer) receives a one-time 10% discount on their first purchase of an Advanced Installer product.
  • The discount is applied once, at checkout, when using a valid referral code.
  • This offer is valid only for first-time buyers and cannot be combined with other promotions or renewals.
  • Referral discounts cannot be applied to Additional products (Installer Analytics nor PacKit products).

4. Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Refer

  • Only active Advanced Installer users.
  • Referrals must be made through the Referral Dashboard from My Account, using your unique referral link or code.

Who Can Be Referred

  • Only new, individual users who have never purchased Advanced Installer before.

Referrals Will Not Be Accepted From

  • Resellers or partners with an active contract

5. How to Refer and Claim Your Discount

  • Log in to your Advanced Installer account and navigate to your Dashboard.
  • Click the “Refer a Friend” link.
  • Generate and copy your unique referral code.
  • Share the code with peers.

- You can refer to as many people as you like.

- A maximum of 3 successful referrals will be applied per new purchase (up to 30%)

  • When your friend completes their purchase using the code, the referral is marked as successful.
  • Your earned discount will appear in your Referral Dashboard and will be available for your next purchase.
  • Every time one of your referral codes is used, your earned discount will be updated.

6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Advanced Installer reserves the right to monitor referral activity and investigate suspicious behavior.

Violations of the program rules may result in:

  • Disqualification from the referral program
  • Revocation of any earned discounts

The following activities are considered abuse or fraud:

  • Referring fake or duplicate accounts
  • Posting codes on public coupon websites
  • Using bots or other automated tools to generate referrals
  • Referral loops or referral farming between connected or coordinated users

7. Program Changes and Termination

  • Advanced Installer may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be communicated via your account dashboard or email.
  • Previously earned but unused discounts will remain valid for your next eligible purchase, unless disqualified due to program violations.

8. Additional Notes

  • Referral codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Discounts earned have no monetary value outside of the program.
