Advanced Installer 22.8 Release Notes
On June 24th, 2025 Caphyon Ltd. is proud to announce the release of Advanced Installer 22.8 in Free, Professional, Enterprise and Architect editions. This release is available for download on the Advanced Installer website.
Our monthly release schedule includes important UX changes for the Custom Actions and Prerequisites views. It also includes new launch conditions for VC++ redistributables, along with new updates for .NET 8.0.17 and 9.0.6.
Multiple MSIX PSF improvements for existing fixups and a couple of new PowerShell COM objects are now available.
This release deprecates App-V 4.x and ThinApp support.
