This is possible with the "Dialogs - Menu".
You just have to edit the exit dialogs there.
For exampel replace the ReadMe - text with your text above and then click on the mark.
I don't know how to make this wit hthe registry, but you can make this by a new "Published event", which copies a link or a ...

I want to make my setup to check for updates before installing, but it doesn't work!
My code:

URL=directdownloadlink (dont want to post it here, but i know it works)

ServerFileName=Abbey.exe
