File association with no action
Is there a way to set file associations so that the icon is associated with the file extensions but no action takes place, i.e. launching the application?

That worked! I had a feeling it was something minor that I was overlooking, I just couldn't understand why it was not affecting the default build.

Mixed Platform theme bitmaps not displaying
I am using the Classic - default theme with two custom bitmap images for the banner and dialog. I see the images when viewing the Preview for all the different builds. When I run the setup.exe from the build folders or use the "Installation UI" to test the installer I only see the bitmaps for the ...
