Is there any update on this?
We see this quite frequently with installs and uninstalls on server 2012.
This bug of yours is currently blocking our release from going out.
There are several threads about this issue and no statements of intent to fix.
When will this be fixed?!

I came across this exact same issue recently.
Jumped on today (11/1/16) and saw the new version 13.3 was just posted with the bug fix of "Registry key removal operation failed"

Just wanted to add to this, we just saw this issue again, x64 Win7
Using Advanced Installer Enhanced UI 12.7.1
We can't seem to readily reproduce this, and typically rerunning the installer seems to work.
