I have noticed this behaviour before but I didn't keep track of it until yesterday when my user try to run the installer and they encountered the error "directory is already exist, do you want to choose a different directory?"
The installer was build using version 7.5.1

Hi,
I need to execute a utilitity program after the installation is done. I saw the diaglog box has 2 checkbox to launch readme and installed application. I want to include my utility program at this step so I can modify the application configuration file.
Can someone show me how to do this?

This is what I meant since the only choice I have for the updates.txt file is http or file url, this file must be located on a web server and the rest of the actual installer can be located on the same web server or ftp server or file server.

The installer stop working after I added a Help folder under Application Folder. The compile run fine. I only received the error message during the installation so I use the run and log option to see what happen and noticed it stop at copying a GIF file.
